🧾 Returns & Refund Policy – Elife Ayurveda

At Elife Ayurveda, your satisfaction and trust are important to us. While we strive to deliver quality Ayurvedic products with care, we understand that there may be instances where a return or refund is necessary. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be

    • Unused and unopened

    • In their original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., herbal powders, teas, consumables)

  • Products purchased under discounts or sales


3. Return Process—Step-by-Step

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at care@elifeayurveda.com or call +91 9540408887 within 15 days of delivery.
    Share your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, the reason, and any photos (if damaged or wrong item received).

  2. Approval & Authorization
    Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Product Back
    Send the product to our returns address:
    Elife Ayurveda, F Block, 1/1, Pocket F, Okhla Phase I, Okhla Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110020, India

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless it’s our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).


4. Refund Details

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • Recheck your bank account or payment app.

  • Contact your card issuer or bank.

  • If still unresolved, reach out to us directly.


5. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Products Only)

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, we’ll exchange it at no extra cost.

  • You must notify us within 15 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

  • Exchange is only applicable for the same product.


6. Sale Items & Gift Returns

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or return.

  • If the product was received as a gift, we can issue a store credit after a valid return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original buyer.


7. International Orders (if applicable)

Currently, we do not accept returns for international shipments unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact support for help in such cases.
