Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For international shipping, please contact our support team before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive a confirmation SMS with tracking details.
Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
(Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to courier or weather-related delays.)
Shipping Charges :
A flat shipping fee is applied to all the orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply and will be visible at checkout.
Tracking Your Order :
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
Delivery Partners :
We work with trusted and reliable logistics partners like Blue Dart, DTDC, Shipmozo and others to ensure safe delivery.
Delays & Issues :
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support for assistance.
Undelivered Orders
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, phone number, or unavailability, our courier partner will retry. After multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
