Liver is tha most important organ of body.
Liver is responsible for digestion process, filtering blood, producing bile for digestion, storing nutrients, and detoxifying harmful substances, also playing a role in blood clotting and immune responses.

The main reasons for getting affected by liver diseases are modern lifestyle, oily fast food, chemical insecticides used in food material,

So we should follow a proper diet and avoid wrong dietary habits by including Barley, Green gram, Masura etc. in your diet and lifestyle changes like having good sleep, yoga, exercise can make our liver healthy.
