The heart of Ayurveda are the three doshas — Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Ayurveda starts by identifying your natural dosha balance (called Prakriti) and any imbalances (Vikriti) causing discomfort or disease.

The goal is to restore balance through personalized changes in:

  • Daily routine

  • Herbs and treatments

  • Yoga & meditation

  • Panchkarma therapies

On the other side Modern Science Treatment only works on Symptomatic relief
By giving some antibiotics, vitamin and antacid.
Which only gives you Symptomatic relief does not cure root cause.
